A specialty boneless ham that is hand trimmed and hand made from freshly selected U.S.D.A. ham muscles. This premium, all muscle ham is 97% Fat Free and fully cooked with less than ten percent added water in the finished product. Our unique version is MSG free and we do not add any modified food starches or soy protein. It has the old-fashioned “netless” look and is firm and tender. Our Bavarian Ham is smoked and coated with a special caramel coloring mixture that produces the classic black “trademark” color that is reminiscent of the European style “Black Forest” ham. The combination of our coating, curing and cooking procedures gives this product, exceptional flavor. Also, Gluten free! Great on sandwiches or with eggs for breakfast.
